"I have been training Muaythai as a hobby for nearly two years now, have travelled to Thailand to train at the famous Fairtex facility in Pattaya and have started sparring sessions so my fight training with Headcoach Praves Zeis in Fürth is going well. But my boxing needs to improve to really cut it in November." Benedikt commented recently.

"Alex Awdijan is possibly one of the best Super Middleweights in the world, he has a fantastic gym close by and most of all, he is prepared to train me! And with my first ever Muaythai fight coming up in November in my hometown, Bamberg, I have one of the best on my team to support me. It´s only an IFMA amateur fight on the undercard but its my first time ever in the ring and I promise a great fight for sure."
