Valdet Gashi starts his preparation for upcoming Muaythai Superfight versus Contender Asia star Zidov in style by winning a European Title at the ISKA European Championships in Rome.

"Winning this title in Rome helps build confidence, also it was good to have a tournament like this as part of our preparation for the Zidov fight in December in Bamberg. Things are stepping up a gear now and I am looking forward to moving up to -67kg for this fight. We are working on strength and technique for this fight, Zidov is a little taller than me, has more reach, heavy punching, strong lowkicks, so it should be a great fight."
